About This Event / イベントについて
Each winter Sunshine City rolls out a two-part illumination. The ground-floor Fountain Plaza turns into a free synchronized light-and-music show visible from the mall walkways — a cozy, indoor, rain-proof display that runs from mid-November through Christmas Day.
Up on the 60th floor, Tenbou Park (formerly Sky Circus) is a paid observation deck that layers panoramic Tokyo night views with immersive projection-mapping installations — the theme changes each season. Adult admission is ¥1,800 (students ¥1,500, children ¥900). Combined, the two make Sunshine City the centerpiece of Ikebukuro's winter — and the whole complex is directly connected to Ikebukuro Station underground.

The free fountain show is best viewed from the 2nd-floor walkway.

Tenbou Park is busiest at sunset — go after 19:00 for fewer crowds.

The observation deck runs year-round seasonal events (sakura, summer, autumn, rainy season).
展望台は年間通して季節イベント（さくらまつり、夏景色、秋さんぽ、梅雨びより）を開催。
