About This Event / イベントについて
The Animate Ikebukuro Main Store celebrated its 3rd anniversary with a cherry blossom-themed festival. The store's character photo campaign, "oshi sakura" display, and lottery with a ¥30,000 Animate gift card grand prize drew anime fans throughout the sakura season.
The festival also featured a "oshi market" — a curated merch section — and special anniversary goods. Animate Ikebukuro is one of the largest anime goods stores in Japan, and its anniversary events are a major draw for otaku culture enthusiasts visiting Toshima.
