Folk Performing Arts in Toshima 2026 Houdohouhaku is Saturday 24 October at the outdoor GLOBAL RING Theatre in Ikebukuro West Gate Park. Doors 14:00. Show 14:30 to about 18:30. Watch for free. No reservation. Walk in from Exit 2a, about one minute. Organisers: Toshima Mirai Cultural Foundation and Toshima City. Planning: Japan Folk Performing Arts Association. Agency for Cultural Affairs FY2026 grant.
The Japanese title is 豊土奉拍. Published lineup includes Tokyo MinYo Club. MCs: Misako Kamijo (Toshima TV) and Tom Vincent. Folk arts with a Toshima link, plus minyo fused with Western instruments. Line-up can change. Held in rain. Cancelled in stormy weather. This is an open-air bowl. Bring a layer. There is no ticket office.
West Gate Park is a local park, not a tourist mall. Play equipment is not the point. Fukuro Matsuri used the same ground in October and is already over. The next large food weekend here is West Gourmet Park on 7–8 November.

民俗芸能inとしま2026 豊土奉拍は10月24日（土）、池袋西口公園野外劇場グローバルリングシアター。開場14:00。開演14:30、終演18:30予定。観覧無料。予約不要。2a出口徒歩約1分。主催はとしま未来文化財団と豊島区。企画制作は全日本郷土芸能協会。令和8年度文化庁文化芸術創造拠点形成事業。
出演に東京民謡倶楽部。MCは上條美沙子（としまテレビ）とトム・ヴィンセント。豊島区ゆかりの民俗芸能と、民謡と洋楽器のライブ。内容は変わりうる。雨天決行、荒天中止。野外のすり鉢。羽織るものを持っていく。窓口はない。
西口公園は地元の公園であり、モールではない。遊具はない。ふくろ祭りは同じ場所で10月に終わり済み。次の大型は11月7・8日のウエストグルメパーク。
