The Ikebukuro Global Ring Music Festival is a participatory music festival at the Global Ring Theatre in Ikebukuro West Gate Park. November 14 features A Cappella Park, with vocal groups performing without instruments, while November 15 brings a Student Wind Orchestra Concert.
