Japan's first Boston cookie brand, landing in Ikebukuro PARCO with thick, chunky cookies and a cookie-and-ice-cream crunch.
PUG opened on the B2F floor of Ikebukuro PARCO in April 2026, bringing the American-style Boston cookie to the mall as a Japan-first pop-up scheduled to run through the autumn. The brand's motto - "Chunky, Melty, Guilty" - captures the indulgent spirit of a single, generous cookie said to be satisfying on its own yet impossible not to crave again. The Boston cookie comes plain or chocolate, alongside a rotating cast of flavoured cookies such as double chocolate, lemon chocolate and matcha camembert. The signature menu is the Boston Cookie Crunch, a scoop of vanilla ice cream crowned with a cookie, and the staff recommend dipping a cookie into a cafe latte for a simple treat. A small eat-in space and tidy gift boxes make it equally good for a pause or a present. The brand, run by eat creator, has built a following across its Kanto branches in Kichijoji and Musashi-Kosugi. With its warm, freshly baked aroma drifting across the floor, PUG brings a touch of American indulgence to Ikebukuro PARCO's food line-up. The limited run adds a gentle sense of occasion, and the cookies are as photogenic as they are rich. It is a sweet stop worth seeking out while it lasts.Japan, 〒171-0022 Tokyo, Toshima City, Minamiikebukuro, 1 Chome−28−2 池袋PARCO B2F
