About This Event / イベントについて
The Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Fes 2026, powered by dwango, is Friday 30 October to Sunday 1 November. That is not the old estimate of 23-25 October. Friday is Ike-Haro Night at Sunshine City only, 16:30-22:30, 18 and over, no high-school students. Saturday and Sunday run 10:00-18:00 around Naka-Ikebukuro Park. 2025 drew 161,000 people. Organisers are dwango, Animate, Hakosta, Sunshine City, and Toshima City.
Saturday 31 October is the parade day. About 400 cosplayers walk a red carpet from Sunshine 60-dori through Animate-dori to Tokyo Tatemono Brillia HALL, with Toshima High School''s wind band. The main stage at Naka-Ikebukuro Park holds Nico Nico Cosplayction, a family Halloween block, and cosplay arm-wrestling. Enako is the named special guest. Hareza Ikebukuro Park Plaza gets a new oversized-poster photo spot both weekend days.
Tickets are required for costume and camera participation. Advance general is ¥2,980 a day, door ¥3,480. Premium is ¥3,980 / ¥4,480 and opens changing rooms at 8:45, plus partner studios Amilia Ikebukuro and Hamster 2nd, a hospitality corner, charge space, priority cosplay dock, and the Ike-Haro IKEBUS. Premium 3DAYS is ¥10,000 advance, ¥11,000 at the door, and adds overnight luggage plus skip-the-desk after day one, including Friday night. Kids (elementary, costume only) are ¥500 cash on the day. Toshima elementary pupils are free with ID. Under school age is free. Junior-high and high-school camera tickets are ¥1,480 advance. Buy on eplus. Which pass to pick is in the ticket guide.
