About This Event / イベントについて
The Toshima Merchants Festival brings together local shop owners and regional producers at Ikebukuro West Gate Park. Stalls sell specialty products from Toshima's sister cities, alongside food and goods from local merchants. The Global Ring Theatre hosts a stage program — music on March 21, dance on March 22.
It is a community-focused festival that showcases the diversity of Toshima's shopping districts. Free to attend, with plenty of food stalls and family-friendly stage performances throughout the weekend.
