About This Event / イベントについて
Sunshine City FUN! FUN! HALLOWEEN 2026 runs 1 to 31 October at Sunshine City in Higashi-Ikebukuro. The programme sits on specialty mall Alpa and is part of the Sunshine City FAMILY project. Last year's original ghost characters come back. You do not reserve the mall programme.
Two pieces are already open for the whole month. Ehon no Hiroba on Alpa 1F, in front of the fountain atrium, has a photo set. No ticket. You can take a costume photo on a weekday morning and still eat lunch in the same building. The ghost-card rally runs the same dates. Children of elementary age and younger collect illustrated cards around the complex and stick them on a zukan sheet. Cards follow each facility's hours and stop when the pile is gone. Sunshine Aquarium, Tenbou Park, and the Ancient Orient Museum charge their usual tickets. The rest of Alpa does not. If you only have an hour on a school night, this is the piece that still works.
Tenbou Park on the 60th floor of Sunshine 60 is running HALLOWEEN Road from 1 October through 30 November, a month after the mall programme ends. Children colour an ornament of the original characters at a desk inside the observatory. Staff hang finished pieces along the corridor as they come in. Observatory admission is extra. Kids who colour get an original candy-box kit and sweets while stocks last. That kit is the paper you need later for Trick or Treat at the plaza, so a weekday observatory visit can feed a weekend plaza day.
Candy is not a month-long giveaway. Trick or Treat, the paper-box workshop, the shooting gallery, the doll-scooping stall, and the My Sunshine City app candy grab share six days only: 17, 18, 24, 25, 30, and 31 October, 11:00 to 16:00, at Alpa 1F South Entrance Plaza. Rain cancels the plaza. Cash only for the workshop and stalls. Elementary age and younger.
Trick or Treat: bring a finished original candy box and staff hand over a bag of sweets, once per child for the whole run. Print the character sheets from the official landing and assemble the box at home. On those six days a workshop on site also makes the box for ¥100. A Sunshine City receipt of ¥500 or more, a same-day ticket for the aquarium, Tenbou Park, or the Ancient Orient Museum, or an Aquarium Club card, gets a ribbon to decorate the box. Stalls are ¥300 a play, or ¥500 for a two-stall set. Prizes end when they run out. The app coupon is one candy grab per app, same hours, same plaza, while sweets last. Registration is free.
On 31 October the CRAZY ANGEL COMPANY plays four free sets in costume at Alpa B1 Fountain Plaza: 11:30, 14:00, 15:30, and 16:00, about 30 minutes each. You can dance and take a photo on the stage. The last set lands as the plaza candy hours one floor up are closing. The same Saturday is day two of Ike-Haro, the cosplay fes at Naka-Ikebukuro Park and the streets. That one is ticketed and packed. Sunshine City's programme is indoor, aimed at elementary-age children, and does not need a reservation. If you want candy without a parade, 17, 18, 24, or 25 October are the quieter plaza days. 30 October is a Friday, still a plaza day, and Ike-Haro's first night.
Stroller rental is free. There is a children's toilet on Alpa B1. Ehon no Hiroba is the indoor rest stop. Nearest stations are Higashi-Ikebukuro, or Ikebukuro Station east exit. Sunshine City FUN! FUN! HALLOWEEN 2026は2026年10月1日〜31日、東池袋のサンシャインシティで開く。中心は専門店街アルパ。Sunshine City FAMILY projectの一環で、昨年のオリジナルおばけキャラクターが再登場する。館内プログラムに予約は不要。
全期間で使えるのは2つ。アルパ1F、噴水吹抜前の絵本のひろばにフォトスポットがある。入場料は要らない。平日の午前に仮装写真を撮って、同じ棟で昼を食べる使い方ができる。おばけのカード図鑑も同じ会期。小学生以下が館内を回ってイラストカードを集め、台紙に貼る。配布は各施設の営業時間に合わせ、なくなり次第終了。サンシャイン水族館、てんぼうパーク、古代オリエント博物館は通常の入場料が要る。アルパ側は入場無料。平日の夕方、1時間しかないならカード探しが残っている。
サンシャイン60の60階、てんぼうパークではハロウィンロードを10月1日から11月30日まで置く。館内イベントが終わったあとも1か月残る。小学生以下が公式キャラクターのオーナメントに色を塗り、できたものから通路に並ぶ。展望台の入場料は別。色を塗った子にはオリジナルキャンディBOXキットとお菓子が付く。なくなり次第終了。このキットは、後の広場のトリックオアトリートで使う台紙と同じ系統なので、平日に展望台へ行くと週末の広場が楽になる。
お菓子は31日全部ではない。トリックオアトリート、工作、射的、人形すくい、My Sunshine Cityアプリのつかみ取りが出るのは6日だけ。10月17・18・24・25・30・31日、11:00〜16:00、アルパ1F南入口前広場。荒天中止。工作と縁日は現金のみ。対象は小学生以下。
トリックオアトリートは、完成したオリジナルキャンディBOXを持ってきた子に、お菓子の詰め合わせを会期中1人1回渡す。公式ページのぬりえPDFを家で組み立てて持っていける。当日工作は1人100円。サンシャインシティで500円以上買ったレシート、水族館・てんぼうパーク・古代オリエント博物館の当日入場券、アクアリウムクラブ会員証のいずれかでリボンが付く。縁日は1回300円、2屋台セット500円。景品がなくなったら終了。アプリのクーポンはアプリ1つにつきつかみ取り1回。会員登録は無料。
10月31日、アルパB1噴水広場で the CRAZY ANGEL COMPANY が仮装演奏する。11:30、14:00、15:30、16:00。各回およそ30分、無料。踊れて、ステージで写真も撮れる。最終回は、1階上の広場のお菓子時間が終わる頃と重なる。同じ土曜は池袋ハロウィンコスプレフェスの2日目で、中池袋公園と通りが仮装で埋まる。あちらは有料で混む。サンシャイン側は屋内中心、小学生以下向け、予約不要。お菓子だけ欲しいなら17・18・24・25日の方が歩きやすい。30日は金曜で広場実施日、池ハロの初日でもある。
