The Tenbou Park Sakura Festival transforms the Sunshine 60 observation deck into a sky-high cherry blossom viewing spot. At 251m above sea level, visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Tokyo's cherry blossoms stretching out below — a unique perspective unavailable from ground-level parks.
The indoor observation deck is climate-controlled, making it a weather-proof hanami alternative. Admission is the standard observation deck fee (adults ¥700+, children ¥500+). Pair it with shopping at Sunshine City for a full Ikebukuro day out.
