Torafuku, formally Okamado Meshi Torafuku Ikebukuro Tobu, is a Japanese restaurant on the 13th floor of the Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro restaurant floor Spice, operated by the Four Seeds group. The centrepiece is a 150-kilogram stone kamado and iron pot that cooks rice freshly throughout the day, using selected Niigata Nagaoka rice milled in-house each morning. Guests choose from white rice, mixed-grain rice or seasonal takikomi rice, all with free refills, paired with carefully prepared side dishes that evoke a mother's home cooking. The menu offers set meals with grilled fish or fried dishes, alongside a la carte options such as sashimi platters, simmered dishes and seasonal specials. The kitchen sources fresh fish each morning from markets across Akita, Yamagata, Niigata and Fukuoka, and a curated selection of regional sake and shochu complements the meal. Half-private rooms accommodate groups of five to eight, and the restaurant supports takeaway, delivery and catering. Hours run 11:00 to 22:00 daily, with wheelchair and baby-chair access available.
